Yes, the purchases are done via the Appstore using an Apple account so you should be able to make the purchase for the app with the credit. The Sygic Car Navigation app can be purchased from the appstore for 99cents, which includes a 30day premium period including car connectivity and Traffic. A lifetime license can be purchased directly from the app menu>sygic store as an inApp purchase.

应该是的，看他的意思就是和普通in-app purchase一样， 是通过apple id扣款的，你买了itunes gc后， 回来充值到你apple id上就是变credit了
